AddressingEmployeeNeeds:
Supportand Assistance: Act as the point of contact for employees who needhelp or have additional requirements. This includes addressingtheir concerns providingeeds are met in a timely and effectivemanner.
ReportingtoManagement:
RegularUpdates: Provide regular reports to Management on the progress ofemployee engagement activities any issues faced by employees andoverall workplacemorale.
SalarySheetPreparation:
EmployeeSalary Management: Prepare the salary sheets for employees ensuringaccuracy and compliance with company policies and statutoryregulations. Note that Soheb is responsible for preparing salarysheets forworkers.
Coordinationwith Accounts Department: Work closely with the accounts departmentto ensure all salaryrelated information is accurately processed andrecorded.
HiringandRecruitment:
TalentAcquisition: Oversee the hiring process for new employees asneeded. This includes creating job postings screening resumesconducting interviews and coordinating with department heads toselect the bestcandidates.
ExpenseSheetVerification:
ExpenseManagement: Review and verify all employee expense sheets to ensureaccuracy and compliance with companypolicies.
Approvaland Handover: Once verified forward the approved expense sheets tothe accounts department forprocessing.
WeeklyMISReporting:
ManagementInformation System (MIS): Prepare and share weekly MIS reports withVishal Bhai detailing key performance metrics employee engagementactivities and any significant updates orissues.
ComplianceDocumentation:
Verificationand Forwarding: Verify compliance documents such as the wageregister and challan to ensure they meet legal and regulatorystandards. Forward these verified documents to the accountsdepartment.
RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate records of all compliance documentationfor audit and reviewpurposes.
AdHoc
Maintain an Excel sheet for carrying out daytodayactivities.
Filling up a proxy if someone isabsent.
Reportingto thesuperior.
Anyother work is given by topmanagement.
Strong knowledge of electrical theory and principles. Proficient inreading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, andtechnical manuals. Ability to work independently and as part of ateam. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
