TheBusiness Applications team provides platform business process andtechnology expertise to support our global SAP implementation bydesigning / improving business processes managing compleximplementation projects providing user support and training andkeeping the SAP system landscape up and running 24/7. In additionthe Business Applications team helps optimize the use of all SAPproducts implemented in a costeffective manner to support andenhance Client overallsuccess.

TheRole:
TheSenior SAP Developer will be based out of Noida India locationworking a hybrid schedule (3 days in office 2 days remote). Youwill be a core member of the Business Applications Team within ITworking closely with the technical and functional teams to drivecontinuous improvements by developing timely and innovativesolutions. This role will work closely functional resources tounderstand business problems issues and priorities and will provideproduction support activities as well as new technical enhancementsand global project implementations. The successful candidate willhave experience implementing supporting and enhancing solutions onthe SAP S/4platform.

Responsibilities

SAP development including design coding and unit testing of RICEFWobjects integrations and custom applications in S/4 Fiori andPI/PO
Understand business requirements challenges and opportunities andassist with the design of the SAP ERP solution to meet establishedbusinessobjectives
Work with Dev Lead to research technical solutions identify optionsand provide recommendations to the SAP Dev Manager that representthe best interests of theorganization
Ensure delivery of quality deliverables that meet with internalcoding guidelines and businessexpectations
Respond quickly and efficiently when debugging identifying rootcause and resolving productiondefects
Transform functional requirements into technical specificationsbuild unit test complete code checks and deployprograms
Work with development and functional leads to reengineer businessprocesses and map processes to S/4 and FIORIfunctionality
Manage production incidents through proactive analysis and problemresolution to improve processes andsystems
Ensure team members managers and users are kept uptodate on statusof project and productionwork
Interface with SAP development staff and thirdparty softwareproviders (SAP and others) as required for technicalmatters
Participate in the development of test scripts; performance of unitintegration regression and user acceptance testing; and assistancewith performancetesting
Support weekly releases for deployment of code to production usingSolMan Charm and collaborate with BASIS and Release Manager asneeded including backports to Project and/or ProductionPaths
Continue personal professional development in the areas ofdevelopment project management SAP and other relevant informationtechnologytools
Continue to expand knowledge of Clinet s business with a focus onunderstanding the impact the business processes have on ourapplications
Collaborate with extended IT teams for ticket resolution and growthin knowledge andskills

Handson experience in integration between SAP modules (e.g. FI SDMM QM PM PP LE APO COetc.).
Working understanding of security standards (e.g. SAML XACML MASSLOATH OAUTH OpenID ConnectWSTrust).
Experience with various programming/scripting languages (JAVAPythonJavaScript).
Experience working on implementationprojects.
Experience using Agile processes for project implementations andticketing systems like ZenDesk andJira

Requirements

5 years of work experience with SAP ABAP design anddevelopment
Understanding of SAP ABAP development concepts guidelines and SAParchitecture
Reporting ALV reporting dialog transactions enhancements SAP scriptSmart Forms User Exits Enhancements BAPI RFC Web Dynpro ALE EDIIDOC s CDS Views AMDP s andFIORI.
Deep knowledge of ERP systems in any kind ofindustry
Understanding of business processes within high tech ormanufacturing and tradeindustries
Configuration and/or consulting experience in one of the followingmodules: FI SD MM QM PM PP LE APO CO etc.) is aplus
Ability to develop repeatable development processes with supportingdocumentation.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguityandchange
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to workwell with people from different disciplines with varying degrees oftechnical experience; competence in clear concise and tactfulcommunication with clients peers and teammembers.
Required university degree preferably in business engineeringinformation technologies or equivalent training and jobexperience
ABAP or any SAP Developer certification is aplus.
