  3. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and staffing partners, including organizations like Genesis, Medefis, Baptist Healthcare, Right Sourcing, and Aya Healthcare.
  4. Screen Candidates: Conduct thorough interviews and background checks to ensure candidates meet the qualifications and requirements of the positions.
  5. Coordinate the Hiring Process: Manage the entire hiring process, from extending job offers to negotiating terms of employment.
  6. Maintain a Candidate Database: Keep a well-organized database of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  7. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, particularly in nursing and allied health roles.
  • Platform Familiarity: Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing platforms such as Genesis, Medefis, Baptist Healthcare, Right Sourcing, and Aya Healthcare.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
