Greetings From Avalon We have an opening positionOracle ERP Cloud/Fin/Financials (Advance Collections)Consultant Experience: 6 to 11 Years Locations: Blr/Hyd/Gurgaon/Pune/Trivandrum(Work From Office) Qualified Chartered Accountants CA or ICWAI or Mastersdegree in Business Administration (MBA Finance) with 7 to 10 yearsof total experience with at least 5 to 7 years of Oracle Cloud ERPApplications implementation experience and 2 to 3 years of Industryexperience in Finance and Accounting
Preference would be given for CloudFinancial implementation experience
Experience inmodules like Advance Collectons and GL AP AR FA Cash ManagementProject Costing Project Billing Project Management Oracle Time& Labor Project Contracts and Risk Management Cloud moduleslike Advanced Financial Control (AFC) & Advanced Access Control(ACS) EPM Financial Consolidation Hub Internal Controls ManageriReceivables internet expenses Advance Collections Treasury PublicSector Financials
At least 4 full life cycleimplementations preferably with US implementationexperience.
Should have experience in conductingStrategy Sessions for Data Conversion Integration/Report FunctionalDesign Workshop conducting architecture design and solutionworkshops and Conference Room Pilots
Should haveexperience in configuring the Applications in a client facingrole
Should be master of industry trends anddemonstrated value of Cloud Solutions to multipleCustomers.
Active participation in Community forumpublications in professional forum will be addedadvantage.
Excellent communication skills both written& verbal mandatory.
Good interpersonal skills withability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
Abilityto present ideas and solutions in a clear & concisemanner.
Selfmotivated with a lot of energy and drive.Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
Shouldbe good team player and have good analytical skills
