ISS STOXX is seeking Technology Integration Analyst to join our ESG team in Mumbai.

Overview:

Join our dynamic team at ISS STOXX as a Technology Integration Analyst in ESG Research Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Scalability, you'll be pivotal in enhancing our ESG Research offering to meet growing demand from our investor clients to deliver actionable intelligence on the activities of business and government that generate impacts, result in dependencies, and create financial risks and opportunities for investors.

This role is responsible for spearheading technology integration within ESG Research. You'll manage projects that streamline workflows, conduct data analyses, and identify new opportunities to optimize processes. You'll also play a key role in knowledge management, training, and supporting external documentation needs.

In addition, you'll provide essential management support to our global team, ensuring performance, offering guidance, and handling administrative tasks. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with colleagues from various offices across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects to integrate technology into existing ESG Research workflows.

Oversee the administration of business process changes and provide stakeholder support.

Identify new efficiency opportunities.

Conduct quantitative analyses using data frames.

Provide knowledge management and training support for the ESG Research team.

Support external documentation related to business processes and the use of technology.

Qualifications:

Degree in a data-related field (e.g., Finance, Information Science) or equivalent experience with 5 years of experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).

Working knowledge of SQL or similar data query languages.

Strong understanding of XBRL (a plus).

Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications (a plus).
