Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated English Teacher for our Pune Division location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of teaching experience. The role involves delivering quality English education to students, fostering a love for language and literature while ensuring an empowering learning experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively impart ideas and instructions.
  • Knowledge of English literature (Mandatory skill) to guide students in understanding literary texts and contexts.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that capture students' interest and enhance learning.
  • Patience and empathy to support diverse student needs and learning paces.
  • Effective classroom management to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Understanding of language acquisition processes to facilitate student language development.

  • Assessment and feedback skills to provide constructive evaluations that guide student improvement.
