Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Counsellor to join our team at Nexus Jobs in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. As a Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our talent staffing services and industrial employment services to clients. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with talent staffing or industrial employment services is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell our talent staffing services and industrial employment services to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
  • Provide support and guidance to clients regarding our services
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
