Process mapping
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
Understanding of processes
Matrix management
Listing and preparing business requirement document
Documentation and version control
Key Performance Indicator:

Execution of quality parameters, and project management
Creation of matrix for key processes
Active contribution in digitalization leading to increase in automation index
Gap identifications / Exception handling
