Weare looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOpsEngineer to join our dynamic team. In this role youwill be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure automatingoperations and ensuring the scalability and reliability of oursystems. You will work closely with development operations andproduct teams to drive the efficient management of cloud resourceswith a focus on KubernetesAWSobservability and costoptimization.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designimplement and maintain scalable infrastructure onAWS with a focus on high availabilityand fault tolerance.
  • Lead the management andorchestration of containerized applications usingKubernetes (EKS orother).
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelinesto streamline development processes and enhance systemperformance.
  • Monitor system performanceidentify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions for improvedobservability using tools likePrometheus Grafana Datadog etc.
  • Drivecost optimization initiatives byeffectively managing cloud infrastructure identifying andeliminating inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate withdevelopment teams to ensure DevOps best practices are integratedthroughout the software developmentlifecycle.
  • Oversee security best practicesensuring compliance with industrystandards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship tojunior DevOps engineers helping them grow in theirroles.

RequiredSkills andQualifications:
  • Provenexperience (5 years) as a DevOps Engineer or similarrole.
  • Expertise inKubernetes for container orchestration(EKS GKE or similar).
  • Strong experience withAWS cloud services (EC2 S3 RDS Lambdaetc.).
  • Solid understanding ofobservability principles includinglogging monitoring and alerting (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELKStack).
  • Experience in costoptimization within AWS including identifyingcostsaving opportunities and implementing efficient resourceutilization strategies.
  • Proficiency withinfrastructureascode tools such as Terraform CloudFormation orsimilar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such asJenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
  • Strong knowledgeof scripting languages (Bash Pythonetc.).
  • Familiarity with security best practicesin cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workcrossfunctionally.

PreferredQualifications:
  • AWSCertified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineercertification.
  • Experience with service meshtools like Istio or Linkerd.
  • Prior experiencein a startup or fastpacedenvironment.
