We are looking for a SoftwareSupport Executive who can work in a team as well independently andservers to address technical issues relating to softwareimplementation function and upgrades. Carrying expertise inresolving customer complaints or problems and create productproblem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue. Workclosely with development teams to identify and resolve anytechnical problems that might arise during the development ofsoftware.

Qualification: MCA MTech BTech BCABSc MSc Relevant CertificateCourse

RequirementsOverallSupport: Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders withregards to support and maintenance incidents. Work closely withinternal teams clients and their vendors to Be part of scheduledand preventive maintenance plans. Prepare internal and clientresponse communication (email chat etc.) templates. Keeping arecord of clients quires.

Provide TechnicalSupport to Client: Assist customers in troubleshooting problemsdiagnose issues with software installation and application identifysources of the problem and offer solutions. Work closely with thedevelopment team to get the issues fixed.

Assist with Software Design and Development:Keep involved in the creation of new software and work closely withsoftware development teams to identify and resolve potential issuesin the development stage. Analyse all aspects of the software andmake suggestions throughout the development phase to avoid issuesin the final product.

Create TechnicalDocuments and Manuals: Create & Updating selfhelp documentsso client can try to fix problemsthemselves.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills. The ability to work in teams as well asindependently.
Strong verbal andwritten communication skills English is a must to be able to workwith overseas clients Address customer concerns and issuesregarding software installation and operation.
Communicate with users/customers at a defined interval and provide ongoingupdates.
Document complaintreports and troubleshooting steps
Assist software developers toresolve technical issues during the software development phase
Teach customers how to installand use software products
BasicDatabase operations (MS SQL Server Oracle etc.)
Knowledge about Windows ServerOperating systems and IIS will be preferred
Knowledge about softwaredevelopment basics will be theadvantage
