PositionOverview:
We are seekingan experienced and driven Project Coordinator to join our team inthe role of Network Services Project Coordinator. The idealcandidate will have a background in the Telecom and InternetService Provider (ISP) industry with a strong understanding oflastmile delivery customer and vendor coordination project trackingand reporting. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role inensuring the successful execution of network service projectstimely delivery and effective communication among variousstakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.**Last Mile DeliveryManagement:**
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensureefficient last mile delivery of network services to endcustomers.
Monitor deliveryschedules track progress and proactively address any delays orobstacles that could impact projecttimelines.

2.**Customer and VendorCoordination:**
Serveas the main point of contact for customers vendors and internalteams regarding project updates requirements and issueresolution.
Facilitate effectivecommunication between customers vendors and internal teams toensure alignment and smooth projectexecution.

3.**Project Tracking andReporting:**
Establishand maintain detailed project plans including tasks milestonestimelines and resourceallocation.
Regularly update andmaintain project tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting ofproject status risks and key performance indicators(KPIs).

4.**Timely DeliveryAssurance:**
Implementstrategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meetquality standards.
Identifypotential bottlenecks or challenges and work collaboratively tomitigate risks to projecttimelines.

5.**StakeholderCommunication:**
Communicate project progress updates and potential issues tostakeholders including senior management clients vendors andinternal teams.
Provide clear andconcise reports presentations and documentation asneeded.

6.**Quality Control andAssurance:**
Ensurethat all project deliverables meet defined quality standards andspecifications.
Coordinate withtechnical teams to conduct quality checks and testing wherenecessary.

RequirementsRequirements

  • ProvenworkexperienceasaProjectCoordinatororsimilarrole
  • Indepthknowledge of network services lastmile delivery and ISPoperations.
  • Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsconcurrently.
  • Experienceinprojectmanagementfromconceptiontodelivery
  • Experience(1 years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role within theTelecom and ISPindustry.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customerseffectively vendors and internalteams.
  • Proficiencyin project management and tracking andreporting.
  • Anabilitytoprepareandinterpretflowchartsschedulesandstepbystepactionplans
  • Problemsolvingskills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise duringproject execution.
  • Ability to workunder pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining apositiveattitude.
  • Detailorientedmindset with a focus on delivering highqualityresults.
