Ensure the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions in the areas of inventory and product costing, adhering to process requirements. Perform inventory reporting and reconciliation tasks, including goods in transit, stock balances, costing runs, purchase price variance, and goods receipt and invoice receipt reconciliations. Conduct reconciliation using the Blackline application. Process manual journal entries through the Blackline application. Manage blocked billing accounts and resolve pricing/FICO errors, particularly period-related errors. Support process improvement activities, conduct root cause analyses to eliminate process waste, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Record to Report (RTR) operations. Ensure compliance with internal control systems. Create and maintain Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and other process-related documentation. Foster effective relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any Stream 1-3 years of experience in the Record to Report department. Proficiency in end-to-end Record to Report processes. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with SAP experience being essential. Experience in writing and updating DTPs, process maps, and other process-related documents. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Commitment to service excellence, process improvements, and automation. Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative. Fluency in English.
