As part of Global EUDA Governance team, you will report to the Global EUDA Governance Lead.
EUDA Governance exists in response to the increasing focus Regulators and Auditors (internal & external) are putting on validating that End User Computing Applications (EUCs) are adequately evaluated and controlled. EUCs are known as ‘End User Developed Applications’ (EUDAs) at Deutsche Bank. These are applications (such as MS Excel, MS Access) are used as part of a business process and maintained by the end user. EUDAs/EUCs are potentially high risk, as they can carry Inherent Business Risk, might not be governed by general ITGC controls and have no formal IT support.
The Global EUDA Governance Function is responsible for defining governance and policies for EUDAs/EUCs, monitoring their implementation, and providing tools for EUDA/EUC owners to evidence compliance with those controls.
The team is predominantly based in Pune, India with strong links to UK, Germany, and work closely with stakeholders globally in all divisions of the Bank. This role is located in Pune, Business Bay.

The candidate will be part of the Global EUDA Governance function and has the following responsibilities:
Strengthen the existing a quality assurance process for EUDAs within the EUDA inventory and control implementation correctness. Responsible for carrying out regular data quality & control compliance sample checks and quality assurance for EUDAs as well as communication of results to (senior) stakeholders in written form and in meetings / forums. Provide concise, high-quality assessments of identified gaps and drive implementation of necessary improvements in alignment with relevant stakeholders. Seek automation opportunities for QA processes to reduce manual processes. Transform the teams reporting landscape, identifying opportunities for automation. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor adherence to SLAs. Support of enhancement, transformation and implementation of EUDA controls and governance framework and EUDA risk assessment design / reviews. Compilation and alignment of necessary documents. Support of internal, external, and regulatory Audits, various ad-hoc and clean-up projects as well as various EUDA Governance ad-hoc responsibilities, such as preparation of materials for forums. Stay informed about the emerging trends, technologies, and regulations to EUDA, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement of governance, controls, and data quality. Potential line manager responsibilities.Your skills and experience
Substantial analytical and conceptual skills, ability to oversee/structure complex tasks and solid experience in development and implementation of processes (incl. Quality Assurance) and controls. Good understanding of VB and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to create meaningful reports and dashboards. Data quality, data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally with a varied audience of colleagues at various levels and across geographic locations Team player, outcome-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable to work and collaborate across divisions and all hierarchy levels. High willingness to perform, open for new topics, ability to solve problems independently and to act proactively to improve current processes and eliminate inefficiencies. A proven self-starter who meets deadlines, manages expectations as well as manages multiple streams of work and deliverables. Experience in IT Governance, risk management, control framework development or a related field. Experience of risk assessments, knowledge of IT & IS Controls and EUDAs/EUCs would be beneficial.How we’ll support you
