What success looks like in this role:

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.

· Engage in user research and usability testing to collect insights on user behavior, preferences, and pain points.

· Assist in developing user personas, user flows, and customer journey maps in alignment with our target audience and business goals.

· Support the conceptualization and design of intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, taking into consideration the specific needs and regulatory constraints of the targeted industry.

· Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma or Axure RP for web and mobile platforms.

· Participate in usability testing sessions to validate designs and gather feedback, using the insights to iterate and refine user interfaces.

· Ensure all designs adhere to usability best practices, accessibility standards, and the organization's brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and provide design support throughout the project lifecycle.

· Participate in design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, adapting designs based on user testing feedback and business requirements.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, usability research, and emerging technologies to continually improve our design practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· 5-8 years of experience in designing user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications. Experience in the banking, fintech, or finance domain is a plus.

· A foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Axure RP.

· A good eye for visual design, including typography, color, and layout.

· Experience in a collaborative team environment, open to agile development practices.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss and explain design options.

· Problem-solving mindset and collaborative team player.

· A portfolio demonstrating your experience in UX design is required.
