Post dispatch, customer issue resolution with respective team Procurement of parts from India for USA dispatch Align supplier for production as per annual volume & for Monthly dispatches. Keep maintain material tracking till USA. Align customer for advance purchase order as per dispatch plan. Arrangement of transport for domestic movement Arrangement of Container for global shipments Maintain cost of material & all views in SAP. Maintain product information in SAP. Release schedule to supplier for production as well as dispatch in SAP systeExperience8 to 10 years. Age: 24 years to 32 years.Industry PreferredQualificationsB.E in Mechanical or Production streamGeneral Requirements Basic knowledge related to automotive industry Comprehensive understanding of the concepts and functioning of MS Office. (Word, Excel & PPT) Knowledge of SAP movements. Like, Material master maintenance Vendor master maintenance Purchase order creation for vendor Scheduling for material dispatches Price validation Cross-functional activity Container arrangement with international operation team Domestic transport arrangement with Roxor product supply team Price confirmation & maintenance of the material with accounts team Product views maintenance in system with Product planning team Purchase order generation with CDMM team Part modification with Design team Physical fitment activity with all stakeholders at plant level, CDMM, PD & supplier team Material movement activity (In-warding) with plant team Material requirement & dispatch planning with USA team
