We are looking for DataAnalysts with deep experience translating business requirementsinto technical data specifications manipulating large datasets andsupporting various data initiatives for our client.Weare looking for Data Analysts with deep experience translatingbusiness requirements into technical data specificationsmanipulating large datasets and supporting various data initiativesfor our client. Our Data Analysts will help design and support aset of data services and capabilities for our clients customers.They will work directly with the clients business partners andtheir Data Engineering and Analytics team to understand thebusiness meaning of data and provide analysis and requirements sothat data design is fully understood and the data serviceinitiatives are in line with intended design andstandards.AboutYou:You are a numbers person with solid attention todetail.   • Conduct discoveryand endtoend data analysis to understand customer needs and to helpdevelop plans and activities to improve dataquality.
  • Elicit analyze interpret business anddata requirements to develop complete data product solutionsincludes review data models (entity relationship diagramsdimensional data models) ETL and business rules data managementgovernance lineage metadata and reportingelements.
  • Manipulate large data sets using SQLto understand patterns in the data. Perform data profiling usingvarious tools to learn the shape of the data to help inform dataquality checks and/or curation rules that need to bedeveloped.
  • Support customers in interpretingdata and remediating issues whenrequired.
  • Engage with data owners stewards toimplement maintain enhance data governance quality security andprivacy requirements and related policies andstandards.
  • Prepare technical specifications fordata ingestion and transformation rules. Partner with dataarchitects to build data models for efficient consumption ofdata.
  • Support the development of standards andbest practices within the Data Analysis team this includesdocumentation templates and agile developmentmethodologies.
  • What youllneed:University or college degree in ComputerScience Mathematics Engineering Statistics or related field ofstudy.
  • 01 years of relevant experiencegathering and documenting requirements as well as technicalspecifications for data solutions.
  • Advanced SQLscripting skills. Python knowledge isplus.
  • Experience with AWS platform and toolsassociated with analytics and data (S3 Redshift Glue).Understanding of Snowflake platform aplus.
  • Understanding of data governance andmetadata management (standards format definition structure taggingtransmission manipulation use and management of data).Understanding of Monte Carlo andAtlan.
