To provide direct support to the Multi-Asset Investment team. Assist in the day-to-day management of their portfolios and provide oversight of various back & middle office functions.

Monitor asset allocation, cash positions and flows on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct support for the investment teams, conducting day to day management of portfolios Attend regular team meetings with Multi-Asset Investment team to discuss priority / focus areas. Portfolio monitoring daily including cash and suggesting trades where applicable. Risk and Compliance Oversight and Management Trade Implementation & raising orders in the OMS. Perform daily checks process to recommend trades, highlight potential trades / likely actions. Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Data Management, Technology, Compliance, Legal etc. Supporting portfolios in transition through enhanced monitoring Provide daily and ad-hoc reporting to the investment team to assist with the decision making process. Monitor assets approaching maturity and advise Fund Managers Monitor portfolio hedging requirements. Monitor and process corporate actions in OMS based on Fund Manager instructions. Timely and effective query resolution for Fund Managers Ad hoc project management. Be a key contributor to the Global Investments Business Change team. Continuous development: Process enhancements and efficacy. Provision of data for client presentations, RFP & ad-hoc requests. Monitor derivative positions and lifecycle events are processed accordingly.

Required Qualifications

The individual will need to be very familiar with the general operations of an asset management house.  Previous experience supporting front office within a similar support role (i.e. PMA, Performance Analyst or Trade Support).  Knowledge of a Multi-Asset portfolios and/or products (inc. Fixed Income, Equity, Fund of Funds, Derivatives).  Aladdin user preferable but not essential.  Understanding of asset allocation process preferable.  Advanced Excel / VBA / Coding preferable but not essential  Excellent communicator
