JobOverview:
We are seekinga skilled CNC/VTL Setter/Operator/Programmer to join ourmanufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forsetting up operating and programming CNC (Computer NumericalControl) and VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) machines to produceprecision parts. The role requires a high level of accuracyefficiency and adherence to safetyprotocols.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

• Readand interpret technical blueprints and design models to understandthe machiningprocess.
  
• Setup CNC machines and VTLs including adjusting and calibratingequipment to ensureprecision.
  
• ProgramCNC machines using CAD/CAM software to execute productiontasks.
  
• Operatemachines to produce parts by turning milling drilling orgrinding.
  
• Monitorthe output to ensure consistency with specifications and makenecessaryadjustments.
  
• Conductregular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensureoptimalperformance.
  
• Maintaincleanliness and safety standards in the workarea.
  
• Collaboratewith engineers and other team members to enhance productionefficiency.
  
• Documentproduction data and maintain accurate records for quality controland reportingpurposes.

• Diplomaor degree in Mechanical Engineering CNC Machining or a relatedfield.
