Overview:TheInternational Recruiter Bulk BPO Hiring plays a key role insourcing recruiting and hiring top talent to meet the staffingneeds of the BPO industry on an international scale. This positionis crucial for identifying and attracting qualified candidates tofill a large number of positions ensuring a seamless and efficienthiring process for BPO operations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developing andimplementing recruiting strategies to attract a high volume ofcandidates for BPO positions
  • Conductinginternational sourcing of candidates through various channelsincluding job boards social media and professionalnetworks
  • Screening and assessing candidates toensure their qualifications match the requirements of BPOroles
  • Coordinating and conducting interviewsboth in person and virtually to evaluate candidates skills andcultural fit
  • Negotiating offers and employmentterms with selected candidates ensuring competitive and faircompensation packages
  • Collaborating with hiringmanagers and BPO operations teams to understand staffing needs anddevelop effective recruitmentstrategies
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systemsand recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and trackrecruitment activities
  • Participating ininternational recruitment events and job fairs to promote BPOopportunities and attract potentialcandidates
  • Ensuring compliance withinternational hiring laws and regulations in the recruitmentprocess
  • Providing regular reports and updateson recruitment activities candidate pipelines and hiringstatistics
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • 3 years of experience in internationalrecruitment for BPO or relatedindustries
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcingand recruiting a high volume of candidates for BPOroles
  • Proven ability to conduct effectivescreening and assessment of candidates to identify toptalent
  • Strong knowledge of international hiringlaws regulations and visa processes
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills for interacting withcandidates and internalstakeholders
  • Proficiency in using applicanttracking systems and recruitmentsoftware
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedhighvolume recruitment environment
  • Experiencein organizing and participating in international recruitment eventsand activities
  • Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills for managing multiple recruitmentprocesses
  • Capability to work effectively in acrosscultural and diverse candidatepool
  • Proactive and resultsoriented approach torecruitment and talent acquisition
  • Professionalcertifications in recruiting or HR management are aplus
  • Fluency in multiple languages isadvantageous for international candidateinteractions
