The Role

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement site optimizations to enhance crawling, indexing, and overall site - performance.
  • Lead link-building efforts through outreach, content partnerships, and relationship building with industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
  • Generate regular SEO reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to implement SEO recommendations and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the SEO team.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a senior role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in technical SEO aspects such as website architecture, HTML, and server-side optimization.
  • Content Optimization: Strong understanding of content optimization strategies, keyword research, and on-page SEO techniques.
  • Link Building: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
  • Analytics Skills: Experience using SEO analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey SEO strategies and insights to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
