Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Responsible for Business operations and O&M delivery of circles under respective Circle ( AP)2. Ensure % billing at circles (Both PM & CM)3. Ensure Customer satisfaction by meeting KPIs and SLAs as defined and agreed upon.4. Close coordination with customer and avoid escalation from customer.5. Representing Region in customer meetings both at RCP & at Circles.6. Organising Monthly internal review meeting with team to improve performance.7. Vendor Evaluations, Negotiations & Techno-commercial analysis of Circles.8. Monitoring progress of work done and to generate reports at Regional Level & mentoring Circles9. To engage skilled and experienced manpower at Circles for Quality delivery10. Demanding PO for Out of Scope work in advance & maximizing the OOS revenue for Circles11. Managing statutory compliances of workforce and business operations as required.12. Responsible for maximising the business volume & NVM.13. Completing KPI Sign off in time with given process.14. Closing JMS & KPI-Sign off Timely.15. Getting IR Clearance every month timely.16. Raising Vendor Invoicing & Invoice to JIO timely.17.
