Organizing travel & guest house bookings of the associates as per the established system.
Dispatching / Receiving the courier mail with proper documentation of the same.
Working out the stationery requirements of department and raising PRs accordingly.
Supervision of housekeeping services.
Cafeteria services supervision and coordination of maintenance activities.
Supervision of staff transport services.
Site upkeep and gardening.
Monitoring of security services and CCTV surveillance.
Supervision & service to Club house, Colony and Guest house
Support to telecommunication system
Bill passingReceiving and processing the bills from the service providers for travel, courier, housekeeping and security related areas with proper documentation of the same.
Statutory Licenses and PermitAssist to HR in Initiating and ensuring to receive licenses and permits from various statutory authorities pertaining to Prohibition, Explosives, and Essential Commodities Narcotic, District Administration, AIA etc.
Assist to HR in ensuring timely renewals of licenses and permits and maintaining public relations with concerned departments.
OthersIdentify and report unsafe conditions / behavior / unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situation with respect to Environment, Health and Safety.
Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities.
