Airport Ambassador

PrimaryResponsibilities

As theAirport Ambassador for Fairmont Udaipur Palace you will beresponsible for providing a seamless and welcoming arrivalexperience for guests arriving at the airport. You will ensure thatguests receive personalized assistance and transportationarrangements are handled efficiently reflecting the luxury and highstandards of Fairmont UdaipurPalace.

KeyResponsibilities:

GuestArrivalCoordination:

• • Meetand greet arriving guests at the airport with a warm andprofessional demeanor.
  • Assist guests withluggage handling and escort them to transportationarrangements.

TransportationArrangements:

• • Coordinateand arrange transportation services such as airport transfers taxisor private car services for guests.
  • Ensureaccurate and timely communication with drivers and guests regardingpickup times andlocations.

GuestAssistance:

• • Provideinformation about the hotel local attractions and amenities toguests during transportation.
  • Address anyimmediate guest inquiries or requests with efficiency andcourtesy.

CommunicationandCollaboration:

• • Maintaineffective communication with the Front Office Concierge and otherhotel departments to ensure seamless guestexperiences.
  • Liaise with airlinerepresentatives ground transportation providers and airportauthorities asneeded.

SafetyandSecurity:

• • Ensurethe safety and security of guests during transportation and whileat the airport.
  • Follow established protocolsand procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests andcolleagues.

Qualifications:

• Previousexperience in a guest service or airport ambassador role within thehospitality industry is preferred.
• Strongcustomer service skills with a friendly and professionaldemeanour
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills including fluency in English; knowledge ofadditional languages is an advantage.
• Abilityto work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changingcircumstances.
• Knowledge of local attractionstransportation options and airportprocedures.
