BHASANTAR LLM is an advanced Large Language Model developed by Kyrotics Technologies, designed to specialise in the legal domain and provide linguistic accuracy across multiple languages, including Bengali. We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst with expertise in Bengali language analysis to help improve the quality of our model's output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the output quality of the BHASANTAR LLM in Bengali, focusing on sentence construction, grammar, word-swapping rate, and word correction rate.
  • Evaluate translation quality from English to Bengali, ensuring accurate and contextually relevant translations.
  • Assess the quality of long sentences and paragraphs for fluency, coherence, and readability in Bengali.
  • Review the tone, context, and spontaneousness of Bengali language output to ensure natural, human-like responses.
  • Provide detailed feedback to the AI engineering team to enhance the model’s linguistic performance, accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with a team of AI engineers, contributing to iterative improvements of the model’s language capabilities.
  • Lead a team of 7-10 data preparation professionals, ensuring high-quality data input for model training and testing.
  • Continuously research and implement best practices in Bengali linguistics, translation techniques, and language models.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to refine language output.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MA or PhD in Bengali from a premier institute.
  • Strong expertise in Bengali linguistics, grammar, syntax, and translation techniques.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in language quality analysis, (preferably in AI) translation, or content localization.
  • Excellent understanding of sentence structure, context, tone, and spontaneity in both Bengali and English.
  • Familiarity with AI models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and translation tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey feedback and insights clearly to technical teams.
  • Prior experience in managing or leading a team is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Bengali and English language, with strong attention to detail in both grammar and sentence construction.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve translation quality and contextual accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing language output and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working with AI models and understanding their training and testing processes (preferred).
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills.
