Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central module. Implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Employee Central (min 3 projects). Stakeholder management Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central module Understanding of different types of EC portlets, especially compensation info, recurring pay components, non-recurring pay components and job info Understanding of different pay components and salary structures for different countries Ability to understand the custom logics and cross entity logic setup between portlets Ability to maintain data through the UI, Actions and mass imports via templates in EC on various portlets Ability to fix data errors occurring during mass uploads Experience in handling employee compensation master data issues, like back dated payments, currency issues for transfers, one time bonus issues etc Prior experience working/collaborating with Compensation and Benefits / Payroll teams would be an added advantage Basic understanding of workflows and ability to track pending compensation workflows and help in getting them actioned is a plus. Ability to understand payment changes related to different events like promotions, demotions, position changes and various ad hoc events Stakeholder management
