Overview:
TheOracle Cloud SCM Technical Consultant plays a critical role inimplementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Managementsolutions for our clients. This position is vital to theorganization as it ensures seamless implementation integration andoptimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules to meet our clientsbusiness needs and improve their supply chainprocesses.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Implementand customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules based on clientrequirements
  • Design and develop technicalsolutions to integrate Oracle Cloud SCM with othersystems
  • Provide technical expertise and supportfor Oracle Cloud SCMimplementations
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to gather and analyze businessrequirements
  • Develop and execute test plans toensure the quality and integrity of implementedsolutions
  • Conduct troubleshooting and issueresolution for Oracle Cloud SCMapplications
  • Deliver technical training andsupport to endusers
  • Participate in projectplanning estimation and resourcemanagement
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCMenhancements and provide recommendations foroptimization
  • Assist in data migration andintegration activities
  • Document technicaldesigns processes and configurations
  • Contributeto continuous improvement initiatives for Oracle Cloud SCMsolutions

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • 3 years of experience implementing andsupporting Oracle Cloud SCMsolutions
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCMmodules such as Inventory Procurement Order Management andManufacturing
  • Strong understanding of supplychain management processes and bestpractices
  • Expertise in data integrationtechnologies and techniques
  • Handson experiencein customization and extension of Oracle Cloud SCMapplications
  • Ability to analyze complexbusiness requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting andproblemsolving skills
  • Certifications in OracleCloud SCM or related areas is a plus
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalabilities
  • Proven track record of successfulOracle Cloud SCM implementations
  • Knowledge ofOracle PaaS and SaaS offerings isbeneficial
  • Experience with agile methodologiesand project management practices
  • Ability towork effectively in a fastpaced clientfacingenvironment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changingproject requirements and priorities
  • Willingnessto travel to client sites asneeded
