RoleOverview:We are in search ofa skilled Flutter Developer to champion our mobile applicationefforts. The ideal candidate will manage the entire applicationlifecycle from concept to maintenance and demonstrate excellence inboth individual tasks and leadershiproles.
KeyResponsibilities:1.Application Development: Support the entire application lifecycleensuring the delivery of highquality mobile applications with cleancode. 2. Requirement Analysis: Gatherdetailed requirements collaborate with crossfunctional teams andpropose robust solutions. 3. QualityAssurance: Write comprehensive unit and UI tests to identify anymalfunctions. Ensure both new and existing applications adhere toquality standards. 4. UI/UX Design: Craftintuitive interfaces that elevate the user experience.5. Continuous Learning: Research and adoptnew mobile products applications and protocols. Remain updated withthe latest technology trends. 6. ProblemSolving: Efficiently troubleshoot issues debug code and optimizeperformance.7. Project Leadership: Overseemobile app development projects from initiation to completionguaranteeing adherence to timelines budgets and quality parameters.8. Team Management: Assemble mentor andguide a proficient Flutter mobile app development team promotingcollaboration and innovation. 9.Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with remoteteams ensuring efficient collaboration acrossgeographies.
EssentialQualifications: Provenexperience as a Mobile Developer with a portfolio of releasedapplications on the App Store or Androidmarket. Profound knowledge of at least oneprogramming language such as Android or iOS. Familiarity with bothis a significant advantage. Priorexperience in software development with agile methodologiescontinuous integration and deployment practices. Capability to handle and resolve productionissues. Solid analytical and problemsolvingskills.
