Réparer les problèmes de plomberie mineurs, comme par exemple déboucher les canalisations et les toilettes, réparer les fuites des lavabos ou des robinets. Assurer diverses réparations mineures, comme par exemple resserrer les lunettes de toilettes, changer des ampoules et boucher les trous dans les murs. Assurer l'entretien préventif des outils et de l'équipement, notamment le nettoyage et la lubrification. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la chaîne ; signaler les problèmes de maintenance, les risques en matière de sécurité, les accidents ou les blessures ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications sur la sécurité. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la compagnie, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, et aider les personnes à mobilité réduite. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer et entretenir des relations professionnelles positives, et écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. Contrôler visuellement les outils, les équipements ou les machines. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et poser des charges pesant 23 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Aider à déplacer, soulever, porter et placer des charges de plus de 45,5 kg (par ex. climatiseur, télévision, commode). Descendre et monter des escaliers, accès de service et/ou des échelles. Porter, tourner et manipuler des charges de taille et de poids variés.
