Job brief


We arelooking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) to manage allsearch engine optimization and marketing activities.


Youwill be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as contentstrategy link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings onall major search networks. You will also manage all demandgeneration activities including paid campaigns on social mediaGoogle Yahoo and Bing to maximize ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Execute tests collect andanalyse data and results identify trends and insights in order toachieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track report and analyse websiteanalytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize copy and landing pages forsearch engine marketing.
  • Performongoing keyword discovery expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement searchengine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyse competitortracking and optimization strategy.
  • Develop and implement link buildingstrategy.
  • Work with the developmentteam to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newlydeveloped code
  • Work with editorialand marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and contentprogramming
  • Recommend changes towebsite architecture content linking and other factors to improveSEO positions for target keywords.
  • Strategize and implement paidmarketing activities on social media platforms like LinkedIn topromote products and services.
  • Implement website tracking (GoogleTag Manager Google Analytics Search Console etc) for all clients.




Requirements
  • Candidateswith handson experience with managing SEO activities preferablyfrom an agency or B2B SaaS background and exposure to Google AdsGA4 Tag Manager and Remarketing will be given priority.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPCcampaigns across social media Google Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performancemarketing conversion and online customer acquisition
  • Indepth experience with websiteanalytics tools (e.g Google Analytics or Adobe analytics)
  • Experience with bid managementtools
  • Experience with A/B andmultivariate experiments
  • Workingknowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors andsearch engine algorithms
  • Uptodatewith the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Handson experience with demandgeneration activities for B2B companies will be given preference.
