The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- The candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and providing administrative support to the office staff.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements for the office staff, and maintaining records of office expenses.
The Profile
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Certification in Front Desk Management or Hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a front desk executive is a plus
