The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and providing administrative support to the office staff.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements for the office staff, and maintaining records of office expenses.

The Profile

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
  • Certification in Front Desk Management or Hospitality is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a front desk executive is a plus
