The Job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Effective Management of Confidential Data:

  - Ensure secure handling and management of sensitive information in accordance with privacy standards.

• Interaction & Follow-up with Business for Collection of Pending Dues:

  - Engage with stakeholders to facilitate the timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Ability to Overcome Hurdles & Deliver on Targets:

  - Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges to meet set objectives and targets.

• Daily Reporting on Collection:

  - Provide regular, detailed updates on the progress of collections activities on a daily basis.

• Highlighting Challenges & Support Required Items:

  - Communicate obstacles faced and request assistance or resources as needed.

• Submitting Monthly Data with Comments & Latest Status on Each Case:

  - Compile and present comprehensive monthly reports, including commentary and the current status for each case.

• Knowledge of Accounts – Account Receivable, Account Payable, GST, Taxes, etc.:

  - Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and knowledge of GST and taxes.

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, Financial Services and Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
• You have working knowledge of COLLECTION, RECOVERY and SALES
• Undergraduate (Pursuing 3rd Year) or Graduate in Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred background in BCOM.
• Must have awareness of activities related to Accounts.
