1. Lead the team with specific roles and responsibilities that will help with ensuring the success of the team.
2. Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines.
3. Manage the order and supply of materials, fixtures, and fittings specific to residential interiors/ civil work.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress and address any concerns.
5. Solve on-site issues related to orders, offering technical guidance and innovative solutions with our products.
6. Maintain strict safety standards and ensure all site activities comply with regulatory requirements.
7. Document project progress through detailed reports and update the product display and manage teams accordingly.
