JobSummary: PositionOverview:

As an Eagle PaceConsultant you will be responsible for providing expert guidanceand support to clients in implementing and optimizing the EaglePace investment management platform. You will collaborate closelywith clients to understand their business needs configure theplatform to meet those needs and ensure smooth integration withexisting systems and processes. This role requires a deepunderstanding of investment management operations strong technicalskills and excellent communication abilities.

KeyResponsibilities:

Client Consultation: Work closely with clients tounderstand their investment management processes objectives andchallenges. Provide expert advice on how the Eagle Pace platformcan address their specific needs and improve operationalefficiency. Platform Implementation: Lead theimplementation of the Eagle Pace platform for clients includingsystem configuration data migration and integration with othersystems such as accounting software and tradingplatforms. Customization and Configuration:Customize the Eagle Pace platform to align with clients uniquerequirements preferences and workflows. Configure reportsdashboards and other features to optimize usability andfunctionality. Training and Support: Providecomprehensive training to client teams on how to effectively usethe Eagle Pace platform. Offer ongoing support and troubleshootingassistance to address any issues or questions that arisepostimplementation. Project Management: Managethe entire implementation process including project planningresource allocation and timeline management. Ensure that projectsare delivered on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards. Collaboration: Collaborate withinternal teams including sales product development and customersupport to advocate for clients needs and drive continuousimprovement of the Eagle Pace platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance businessadministration computer science or a related field. Advanced degreeor relevant certifications (e.g. CFA PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in investment managementoperations with a strong understanding of portfolio managementperformance measurement and reporting processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Eagle Pace platform includinghandson experience with configuration customization andimplementation.
  • Proficiency in programminglanguages (e.g. SQL Python) and experience with database managementsystems.
  • Excellent communication skills withthe ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts toboth technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with akeen attention to detail.
  • Project managementexperience including the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and deliver results in a fastpacedenvironment.
