Tasks

RequireSoftware Tester cum Quality Analyst with 1 to 5 years ofexperience. The candidates who can join immediately will be morepreferred.

Keyskills required: Creating documentation Preparing software testsUnderstanding the testing process Composing defect reportsAnalytical and logical reasoning Business mapping Manual testingAutomating software tests Working within project managementstandards Learning current technology trends Running crossbrowsertesting Incorporating testingtools.

Requirements

ResponsibilitiesandDuties

  • Understandingrequirements from project managers / team leaders / documents andwriting associated test scenarios / test cases while number ofhours required to work on the task.
  • Reviewanalyze and document system specifications(SRS).
  • Verify test cases manually and analyzeresults.
  • Prepare plans for regression testingload testing and profiling softwares orqueries.
  • Perform different types of testing andQA as per requirement.
  • Develop and implementautomated testing using available automated testingtools.
  • Test and maintain projects to ensurestrong functionality and optimization along withperformance.
  • Flair for learning emergingtechnologies and developing Innovative thinking in testing withhandson experience with test management and defect managementtools.
  • Assist in the identification and designof automated processes aimed at increased efficiency andreliability.
  • Log detailed and accurate defectreports and aggressively follow the defects through resolution andclosure.
  • Clearly and regularly communicate withmanagement and technically supportcolleague(s).
  • Work closely with the SoftwareEngineering team Product Management and Technical operations aswell as Business Users and Senior Managements asrequired.
  • Deliver projects/work on time toensure we never fail our commitments.
  • Recommendimprovements to existing projects asnecessary.
  • Document requirement tasks anddelivery manual as needed.
  • Responsible forDefining QA strategy approach and execution in developmentprojects.
  • Help your coworkers if needed andsupport everyone in the company for theirtasks.
