Job Description/Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of Windows and Unix-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.Manage, handles the team of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, to support business operations.Implement and maintain backup and storage solutions to protect critical data and ensure data integrity.Monitoring and Automation:
Lead initiatives to implement monitoring tools and automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of IT operations.Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and address issues before they impact business operations.Drive automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall productivity.Service Desk Operations:
Manage the service desk function, ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.Develop and maintain service desk procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.Monitor service desk performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.Field Operations and Collaboration Services:
Oversee field operations, including hardware deployment, maintenance, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of IT services to remote locations.Manage collaboration services, including email, messaging, video conferencing, and document management platforms, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among employees.Collaboration Platforms:
Manage and support collaboration platforms such as GSuite, GChat, Mio, Zoom, Teams, and audiovisual (AV) systems.Work closely with the collaboration team to optimize platform usage, resolve technical issues, and support user training and adoption. Required Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred. 15+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a strong background in managing Windows, Unix, networks, storage, and collaboration platforms. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. Deep technical expertise in infrastructure management, monitoring tools, automation technologies, and ITIL best practices. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.About Us:
