We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Architect to lead our architectural department within our real estate company. As the Head Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects, ensuring design excellence, and overseeing the architectural aspects of our developments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring our vision to life and create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Job location will be Corporate office in Pune.

Below is the  Job description and skills required :

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Leadership:

- Provide visionary architectural leadership, guiding the design team to achieve creative and innovative solutions that align with company goals and project requirements.

- Ensure that architectural designs are in line with local regulations, codes, and zoning laws.

2. Project Management:

- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Design Development:

- Develop initial design concepts and sketches, translating ideas into visual representations that address client needs and preferences.

- Foster a balance between creativity and practicality, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

4. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the architectural team, including architects, designers, and drafters.

- Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's growth and performance.

5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to understand their vision, requirements, and concerns.

- Present design proposals and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.

6. Innovation and Research:

- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, and integrate innovative ideas into design concepts.

- Explore sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions to align with environmental goals.

·         Plot Feasibility -  To understand the area of the plot and calculate technically the working of it.

·         Required Project documents area statement

·         Thump rule calculations         Parking feasibility

·         1st Site visit Actual demand

·         Minimum plot - Overlapping survey, Demarcation & Zoning Preparing block sketch of layout with all required services' s &         r req. open space, Amenity space or any other reservation.

·          Preparing Building layout plan considering required margin as        per height of buildings & considering Firefighting norms

·         Preparing flat unit sketch alternatives of required area's Preparing building plans considering all Authority rules of staircase, lift refuge area, services, ducts, fire requirement       s

·         FSI calculations / Carpet area / Saleable area calculations as    per final sketch

             approved sketch to be sent to the liaising architect for submission drawing

·         Follow up with liaising architect for his scrutiny 

·         Preparing building elevations / 3d views

·         Approved drawing by liaising architect to be sent to the RCC consultant

·         Post sanction, preparation of presentation drawings /carpet area & saleable area calculation/ broacher plans

·         Preparing all GFC (good for construction) working drawings - setting out / centerline / all working drawings for site

·         Coordination with RCC consultant & MEP   &   landscape consultant

·         Checking of RCC drawings with working drawings, give comments for it & get it done all RCC, GFC drawings for site.

·         Site visits for setting out & column centerline     

·         Site visits for slab checking - to be cross checked on site for architectural projection set as per working drawings

·         Plot study as per Vastu
