·Good Expertise in Solar Cell Mfg.

· Knowledge and hands-on experience of Printing line process & equipment’s from supplier like Maxwell & ASYS for Printing / Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester

·Good interpersonal and communication skills

·Training & Developing of technical teams

·Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for process & their revision as per requirement

·Bring in the expertise in solar cell Maintenance development (Printing Line) to increase cell efficiency/yield

·To provide production and maintenance support to the customer in the final stage.

·To provide training to the customer and to make them educated with the System.

·To educate the customer about the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the system.

·Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects

·To attend the customer complaints and to provide them the service support.

·Response & Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints

·Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap
