JD 1: Structures Design Aerospace + Airbus mandatory

Primary skills:

Experience with CATIA V5 on Aircraft structures and/or  Airframe Design , Doors/Wings/HTP/VTP/Pylon and MSI. Legacy conversion of Primary and secondary structural components Using Catia V5 (Machined, Sheet metal, Extruded, Metallic & Composite parts

Secondary skills

Strong experience in design, 3D modelling of primary structure components like skins, frames, stringers, Clips etc. Good knowledge on GD&T & Tolerance Stackup analysis reports Experience on Aircraft methodologies and Processes. Experience in Detailing, Assembly and BOM Experience in Part Design, Surface, Sheet Metal, Assembly and Drafting Modules Working Knowledge on PASS and VPM will be added advantage Good communication and inter-personal skills

Design Concessions

Primary Skills

Experience in Airbus Concession methodologies and Processes for SA & LR, A Should have Experience on the design/ stress assessment for aircraft components and assemblies.

Secondary Skills

Analysis of production and inservice non-conformities. Strong Manufacturing engineering knowledge, Drawing reading and understanding skills, Knowledge on GD&T. Minimum 4 years of working experience on Aircraft structures Concession (Primary and secondary). Having (DOA) Delegation approval will be added advantage. Catia V5: Good Hands on experience in Catia V5. Knowledge on CPD will be an added advantage. Working Knowledge on PASS, VPM, TAKSY, SAP (PEA & PAC).

Stress Concessions

Primary skils

Experience in performing stress justification for the non-conformities is must (Concession) Should be able to understand the Request for concession and provide appropriate acceptable justification

Secondary skills

Good knowledge in understanding the concession suffixes and the severity Experience on concession process Task , , (Stress, F&DT, M&P) Provide stress assessment for different types of manufacturing non-conformities for both metallic & composite Very good knowledge in Strength of Material applications, A/C Materials and Stress justification (classical methods). Knowledge on MSC Nastran, Patran, Hyperworks Ability to create quick excel templates using formulae & VBA scripts AIRBUS specific tools like ISAMI Analyst, ISAMI Express, BOCATAS Experience on SAP PR3/PAC post boxes Desirable Airbus certified for TASK MRB Stress, Aircraft A
