RoleandResponsibility
  • Understandingbusiness and technical requirements and coming up with GCPsolutions/technical blueprints to meet thoserequirements.
  • Lead the architecture and designof solutions and services that are scalable and resilient on GCPaligning with business objectives and technicalrequirements.
  • Provide strategic technicalguidance across the organization helping teams adopt and integrateGCP services effectively.
  • Collaborate withsoftware development teams to design cloudnative applicationsleveraging GCP s full range of services including Compute EngineKubernetes Engine BigQuery and more.
  • Implementand manage IaC using Terraform Google Cloud Deployment Manager orsimilar tools to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning andmanagement.
  • Building and maintaining GCPinfrastructure
  • Monitoring and fixing GCPinfrastructure applications andservices.
  • Create detailed architecturaldocumentation standards and best practices to guide teams andensure consistent implementation.

  • Cloud Strategy& Design: Ability to lead the architecture and design ofcloud solutions that are scalable and resilient on GCP aligningwith business objectives and technicalrequirements.
  • Architecture Development: Abilityto develop and document technical blueprints highlevel architecturespecifications including cloud infrastructure network designsecurity models and dataarchitecture.
GCP ServicesExpertise
  1. Compute andStorage Services: Expertise in GCP services like Compute EngineKubernetes Engine (GKE) and Cloud Storage.
  2. Database Services: Knowledge of GCP databaseservices including Cloud SQL BigQuery andAlloyDB.(postgresql)
  3. Networking Services:Understanding of GCP networking including Virtual Private Cloud(VPC) Cloud Load Balancing and CloudCDN
  4. Security Services: Familiarity with GCPsecurity services such as Identity and Access Management (IAM)Cloud Armor and encryption mechanisms.
  5. Data andAnalytics: Experience with GCP data services like BigQuery DataflowPub/Sub
SecurityArchitecture
  1. Abilityto design cloud architectures that are secure by defaultincorporating encryption identity management and compliance withregulatory standards
  2. IAM and Access Controls:Expertise in setting up and managing Identity and Access Management(IAM) policies roles and permissions to ensure secure access tocloud resources.
  3. Network Security: Knowledge ofsecuring network communication using firewalls VPC Service Controlsand Cloud Armor.
APIManagement andMicroservices
  1. APIDesign and Development: Expertise in designing and managing secureAPIs using Apigee Gateway ensuring they are scalable secure andaligned with business needs.
  2. MicroservicesArchitecture: Expertise in microservices architecture anddeployment using service mesh technologies (e.g. Istio) and how todesign distributed systems that communicate securely efficientlyand reliably
  3. Experience in PerformanceEngineering
  4. Knowledge and experience indesigning CICD pipelines using GCP DevOps solutions and 3rd partytools viz. Jenkins Bitbucket GitHub Travis CIetc.
  5. Knowledge and experience in implementingMonitoring and Logging to ensure site reliability and performanceof hosted applications.
  6. Experience inprovisioning of GCP infrastructure with Infrastructure as a Codeapproach preferably usingTerraform.
  7. Familiarity with unit testingautomation testing and performance testingframeworks.
