Tasks

Manage MICE Operations and Lead the entire team.

Conversion of queries

Negotiating with Vendors/suppliers Hotels to winbusiness and also to increase profitability on an acquired business

Research and develop innovative products thentraining the frontline on the same.

Build& Maintain healthy relationship with transporters hotelsairlines and other local agencies

CustomerService & Space Management On Tour

ToMaintain Relationship with suppliers & Operation Team

To cross check invoices & ClaimBreakages

To look into customer complaints onRoad

Responsible for Gross Operation Profitacross Destination

Gross Operating Profit ofTours

Customer Satisfaction

Improving staff productivity

Coordination withsuppliers and Destination Management Companies

Coordination with corporates and customers for all pre departureformalities

Candidateshould be from a hospitality background:front desk /Front office/Hospitality /Travel Agency /Hotel front office / administration Ifany fresher need job but Candidate should have basic knowledgeabout Hospitality and command on the English language both writingand spoken
