Deal Advisory-M&A Tax and PE

Our M&A Tax practice works closely with clients to help identify tax and regulatory issues in the transaction and provides approach that meets the desired commercial objectives. Our offering encompasses a broad range of tax and regulatory services including: Acquisition/disinvestment structuring, Tax due diligence and health check-ups, Transaction advisory, Corporate and internal restructuring, Assistance with implementation of transaction and post deal advisory and support, Private equity, Family office etc. KPMG has "One M&A" service offering that brings together a comprehensive portfolio of deal related services across. Our team is commercially-minded, deal-hardened professionals helps clients identify and manage material tax exposures, look beyond the immediate impact, and design deal structures that enhance post-tax returns.Qualified CA

• Conducting tax planning for clients to meet with the corporate tax obligations as per statute;
• Providing expert advice on Corporate tax laws and regulations
• Leading and managing client relationships to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor work, manage, motivate and guide to deliver work of high quality
• Develop appropriate client relationships and identify further client opportunities
• Ability to understand the client's business, microeconomic and macroeconomic issues around the same
• Keep up-to-date on developments in tax and regulatory space - FEMA, SEBI, Corporate Laws, etc.
• Performance management of team, work allocation and identification of training and development needs
• Take a significant role in sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members
• To ensure that the risk and other policies are being adhered to
