Role: This role is an excitingopportunity for innovation in the field of Statistics and DataScience to help the Global Clinical Operations function andtransform the way in which Client (Pharma company) uses data drivedecisionmaking in RD clinical operations. Understanding of clinicaldata is an addedadvantage.
Responsibilities:
Implement sound model development methodology that includes clearmodel quality objectives and quality measurement methods from theonset.
Ensure that machine learning models areappropriately trained and tuned for accuracy and relevance withanalytical findings within the team.
Ensure SDLCprinciples are followed and good quality code (i.e. well documentedreusable bugfree etc) is delivered.
Work with ateam of data scientists data engineers business analysts domainSMEs and analysts to manage efficient execution of the strategy androadmap using advanced analytics (descriptive / inquisitive /predictive) including handson support of all developmentactivities.
Appropriately train and maintainmachine learning models for accuracy and relevance with analyticalfindings.
Productize analytics solutions / Proofof concepts as features on Azure based analytics platform usingsystems understanding engineering constraints and systemperformance needs.
Develop compelling summariesthat visualize the data through narrative dashboards to clearlytell a succinct story in easytounderstand ways; Focus on the keyfindings and insights in alignment with stakeholders goals/businessneeds with proper validation techniques to build confidence in theresults
