We are looking for a marketing& communications leader who can elevate the brand value ofBhumi. You will develop marketing & communicationstrategies for better engagement with employees volunteers donorspartner organisations and corporatecompanies.

You will lead a dynamicdriven and passionate young team of employees and volunteers.Envision the most effective Marcomms team dedicated to advancingBhumis goals. Responsible for building growing and managing thisteam effectively ensuring that team members are highly skilledmotivated and aligned with the organizationalvalues.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Createinnovative communication ideas and deploy industry best practicesto enhance effectiveness in building Bhumibrand.
  • Designand monitor targeted online and offline campaigns. Use datainsights and feedbacks for identifying growthopportunities
  • Strategizeand execute brand and lead generation campaigns for potentialstakeholders: volunteers donors and organisations like Corporatescolleges schoolsetc.
  • Strategizeand support digital fundraising and engagement initiatives toacquire and retain donors andfundraisers.
  • Responsiblefor orchestrating a cohesive PR strategy that amplifies Bhumismessage enhances its public image and supports its overallmarketing and communicationgoals.

OtherResponsibilities:

  • Developand execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategythat aligns with Bhumis mission andgoals.
  • Overseethe creation of marketing materials digital content and pressreleases to ensure consistent messaging across allplatforms.
  • Leadsocial media strategy enhancing Bhumis presence on variousplatforms to engage with volunteers donors andpartners.
  • Collaboratewith program teams to highlight successes and stories from Bhumisinitiatives such as Ignite Catalyse and the BhumiFellowship.
  • Analyzeand report on the effectiveness of MarComm strategies in achievingorganizational objectives making datadriven adjustments asneeded.
  • Fostera culture of innovation within the MarComm team encouraging newideas and approaches to reach and engage our targetaudiences.

EducationalQualification/Experience:

  • 8years of experience in the marketing / communicationsrole
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing journalism business or relatedfield
  • Priorexperience of working or volunteering withNGOs

Knowledge& Skill setsrequired:

  • Creativelycurious mind with a flair for copywriting and content creation fortraditional as well as newage social mediachannels
  • Goodunderstanding of web analytics digital and social mediamarketing
  • Uselatest measurement frameworks for performancedrivenmarketing
  • Aneffective storyteller and build the brand using related andconsistentcontent
  • Shouldbe tech savvy. Knowledge of marketing tech stack is good tohave
  • Willingnessto work in a multicultural environment network and collaborate withvolunteer coordinators based out of cities where Bhumi ispresent
  • Strongproject management skills with ability to supervise multipleprojects.
  • Proventrack record of developing and executing marketingstrategy
