JobFunction: Prepare documents for international shipments and ensurecompliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.Maintainand receiveFinished Goods stock pull and issue inventory for shipments asrequired. Primary responsibility is to ensureexportcompliance aswell as maintaining shipment and inventory recordaccuracy.Principalresponsibilities:Maintainand monitor SAP Shipment Picking and Posting accuracy for all AbacoShipments. Perform requiredSAPtransactions.llCreate and process export documentation with a very high attentionto detaillResponsible for filing auditing and amending ACEsubmissionsFollowstandard operating procedures and ensure compliance with USGovernment regulations under the InternationalTrafficin ArmsRegulations (ITAR) Export Administration Regulations (EAR) ForeignTrade Regulations (FTR) Customs BorderandProtection (CBP)and associated foreign governmentagencies.lCommunicatewith freight forwarders and carriers to obtain the most currentshipment and export information for auditingandrecordkeepingpurposesllTrack and trace internationalshipmentsl Ensureall international trade compliance records aremaintainedlFamiliarity with USML and ECCN classifications HTS codesandSchedule BclassificationslPack and prepare product for shipment and work in Finished GoodsStockroom asrequiredl Otherduties as requiredlFollow ESD guidelines when handlingmaterialAdditionalJobRequirements:
