Responsibilities:

1.Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants to providecomprehensive and timely medical guidance and support to patientsover thephone.
2.Assist Medical Assistants in delivering accurate and relevantmedical information during phoneconsultations.
3.Answer medical queries received by the call center providingaccurate and evidencebased information topatients.
4.Assess patients medical histories and symptoms offering informedadvice and recommendations to address their healthcareneeds.
5.Provide guidance to patients after consulting with healthcareproviders developing personalized treatment plans and monitoringtheirprogress.
6.Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare teamto ensure coordinated and comprehensive patientcare.


Requirements1.Qualification: Bachelor of Science inNursing.
2.Prior clinical experience as a registered nurse is usually requiredwith a minimum of several years of experiencepreferred.
3.Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
4.Ability to convey complex medical information clearly andempathetically.
