ResponsibilitiesRoleOverview: As a Field Sales Executive your primaryresponsibility is to manage and expand the customer base within theassigned region/zone. This involves maintaining customer databasesachieving sales targets conducting customer visits and ensuring theeffective implementation of the companys brandingstrategy.KeyResponsibilities:CustomerDatabase Management: a. Categorize customers basedon status (Existing/New/Dormant) and business size(Large/Medium/Small). b. Regularly update the sales diary and/orcompany CRM software with daily work data. Daily reporting ismandatory at 100%.CustomerVisits: a. Achieve daily customer visit targets(minimum 1015 completed visits/day). b. Follow a structured planfor customer visits to maximize efficiency andoutcomes.New CustomerAcquisition: a. Visit and follow up with assignedinbound leads converting them into customers/orders. b. Researchpotential customers/dealers in each market and plan visitsaccordingly. c. Organize demo meetings for prospective/newcustomers as per the monthly plan. d. Achieve weekly new customeracquisition targets asassigned.OrderTargets: a. Achieve monthly order targets asassigned. b. Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to providesupport to new customers ensuring quarterly order growth. c. Beresponsible for achieving order targets for theregion/zone.DemoMeetings: a. Achieve demo meetings targets asassigned showcasing the companys products/services to potentialcustomers.Branding and MarketReporting: a. Ensure the companys branding iseffectively implemented in the assigned region/zone and itsmarkets. b. Report market trends and competitor information tomanagement.ExistingCustomers: a. Coordinate with the Customer ServiceTeam to plan support for existing customers. b. Be responsible forachieving order targets for existing customers in the region/zone.c. Follow up with dormant customers and reactivate businessaccording to the target plan. d. Upsell new products to existingcustomers to increase order size as pertarget.Stock andDisplay: a. Ensure proper stock and display at newand existing counters. b. Ensure company branding is implemented ateach counter as per the promotionplan.Qualifications andSkills: Freshers areencouraged to apply; prior experience in sales in similar industryis a plus. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively.Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems isbeneficial. Enthusiasm and willingness tolearn.
