Job Overview


We are currently seeking a Die Fitter to join our team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess essential mechanical skills and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components accurately according to blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specified tolerances
  • Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair issues in mechanical assemblies promptly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Adhere to safety protocols and workplace guidelines strictly
  • Report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience

  • Mechanical Assembly (Mandatory skill)

  • Hand Tool Proficiency for effective and efficient assembly tasks

  • Physical Stamina to handle demanding physical tasks and long hours in a factory environment
