  4. Experience with upselling techniques.
  5. Comfortable with direct customer interaction and building rapport.
  6. Ability to track and analyze sales data.
  7. Operations & Management:
  8. Ability to manage daily operations of a fast-paced fitness center.
  9. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  10. Ensure adherence to safety standards and effective management of consumables, equipment uptime, and supplies.
  11. Proficient in conducting facility audits and maintaining Cult standards.
  12. Customer Service & Communication:
  13. Excellent communication skills for clear, effective, and persuasive interactions, with basic English proficiency.
  14. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  15. Experience in handling customer issues and finding resolutions.
  16. Ability to gather and respond to customer feedback effectively.
  17. People & Team Management:
  18. Basic people management skills, including motivating and guiding team members.
  19. Ability to work effectively with trainers, centre facility, support staff etc. ensuring class schedules and quality.
  20. Personal Attributes:
