Microsoft Dynamics365 TechnoFunctional Consultant will be responsible forimplementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Thisrole combines technical expertise with a deep understanding ofbusiness processes. Responsible for taking ownership and drivingfunctional and technical changes and maintaining the system.Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand anddocument business requirements design and configure the systemensuring alignment with business needs and scalability. Workclosely with the vendor drive functional and technical discussionvalidate solutions proposed by vendor and the estimate for same andensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis & Gathering:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gatherbusiness requirements. Analyze existing processes and systemconfiguration identify opportunities forimprovement.
  • Solution Design: Design andarchitect Dynamics 365 solutions based on identified requirements.Develop and present functional and technical designdocuments.
  • Configuration and Customization:Configure Dynamics 365 modules according to business requirements.Customize Dynamics 365 using builtin tools or code extensions asrequired.
  • Integration Management: Develop andmanage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprisesystems like Salesforce SuccessFactors etc. Utilize middlewaretools or custom integrations to facilitate data flow and systeminteroperability.
  • Data Management: Understanddata flow structure and mapping. Ensuring data integrity andcompleteness.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality ofconfigurations features and functionalities. Troubleshoot issuesand coordinate user acceptance testing. Ensure zero productionissue.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct usertraining sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successfuladoption of Dynamics 365 within the organization. Address andresolve issues troubleshoot problems and ensure systemstability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintaincomprehensive documentation of Dynamics 365 configurationscustomizations integrations andprocesses.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design anddevelop reports dashboards and analytics solutions within Dynamics365.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to optimize the use of Dynamics 365 invarious business processes.
  • Vendor Management:Work closely with the vendor drive functional and technicaldiscussion validate solutions proposed by vendor and the estimatefor same and ensure timely delivery.
  • Upgradesand Enhancements: Stay informed about new releases updates andfeatures in Dynamics 365. Plan and execute system upgrades applyingpatches and implementing new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer scienceInformation Systems or a relatedfield.
  • Consultant having Dynamics 365 FinanceFunctional Consultant Associate and Dynamics 365 Finance andOperations Apps Developer Associate Certification will bepreferred.
  • Proven experience as Dynamics 365TechnoFunctional Consultant in a similar role. Good understandingof GL AP AR Cash and Bank Management Fixed Assets ProjectManagement & Accounting modules.
  • Strongunderstanding of Dynamics 365 configurations customizations andintegration concepts.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.

Ability totranslate business requirements into technicalsolutions.
