Job Description

What you’ll do

Implement and maintain automation tools to streamline CMI Operations Lead the development of custom tools that enhance the data collection toolset Manage the development of our propriety and 3rd party ‘quality tools’ that detect fraudulent respondents. Manage the development of custom survey components that support the CMI Product line Manage the 1st and 2nd tier Support Team for CMI Operational tools Ensure system security for the custom tools through regular updates, patches and monitoring Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, procedures and processes Guide the team to follow engineering principles and best practices Assign development resources to epics and tasks based on priorities defined in PI planning Provide technical support to other members of the Engineering team Collaborate with Operational leaders, Product Managers, and application stakeholders to prioritize and define strategic development Help plan the career development of your team members

Qualifications

Skills

Strong knowledge of Survey platforms and related Operational tooling Knowledge of the Market Research industry and best practices Knowledge of using application performance monitoring tools like New Relic or Datadog. Excellent problem-solving skills and the lead a team through complex challenges Experience managing resources and working with remote team members Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
